Touchstone Renard’s Response to the Covid-19 Pandemic

We have been operating remotely throughout the coronavirus pandemic and remain ready and available to help and support clients going forward. We are continuing to monitor the situation while working to all relevant government requirements and guidance and adjusting our processes as appropriate.

Our priority is to ensure the wellbeing of our clients and consultants and limit the spread of the virus. Therefore, we have been carrying out client projects:

  • Remotely via Teams, Zoom, Skype, email, and phone, etc.
  • With occasional Covid-19 safe site visits since the easing of the lockdown restrictions ... 

... without causing any disruption to our services or impacting on quality. We have found that projects can be delivered successfully in this way but we will always be pleased to discuss Covid-19 safe working alternatives where clients prefer.
