Touchstone Renard Awarded New Framework Agreement By Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO)

Touchstone Renard has been awarded a place on ESPO’s National Consultancy Services Framework 664-17 to deliver auditing consultancy services.

ESPO is a professional buying organisation for the public sector, jointly owned by its six member authorities: Leicestershire County Council, Lincolnshire County Council, Cambridgeshire County Council, Norfolk County Council, Warwickshire County Council, and Peterborough City Council.

The framework can be used for the purchase of consultancy services by any UK-based public sector organisation and offers customers a wide range of professional disciplines and expertise, including auditing consultancy. The framework commenced 19 April 2017, ran until 2019 and was extended until 18 April 2021.

Touchstone Renard’s auditing consultancy services offers advice and support with regard to:

  • Audit assessments e.g. External Quality Assessments.
  • General audit consultancy.
  • Audit strategies and methodologies.
  • Benchmarking and quality assurance.
  • Governance.
  • Risk and internal control.
