English Heritage (EH) Strategic Marketing Study

English Heritage is a government organisation that is focussed on ensuring important buildings and sites in the UK are owned and properly maintained for the nation’s benefit. It is part funded by government and partly by membership subscriptions from the public.
EH needed to increase the level of public memberships and sought our advice and support to achieve that.
This assignment was a detailed analysis of the strategic marketing of English Heritage followed by recommendations, the specific work involved us producing a cogent business case and risk analysis for developing the English Heritage membership scheme.
