Carrying out a Stakeholder Management Project for a Surrey Local Authority
Our client on this occasion was a Surrey district council. Touchstone Renard was commissioned to carry out a project in two phases to devise a stakeholder management methodology within the Environmental Services Department and to advise on effective ways of marketing and consulting stakeholders across all activities.
Providing Project Management and Project Strategy Services to Support a Major Metro Client with Research and Development (R&D) Prioritisation
Our client had recognised that R&D projects had been undertaken within its organisation in a somewhat ad hoc manner and it was therefore concluded that a more structured approach was called for to develop a coherent R&D strategy.
