Following a successful project partner management assignment, our district council client requested Touchstone Renard to investigate project management as it currently occurred within the authority, identify problem areas and deliver a project management training programme, having regard to our findings.
Our client on this occasion was a Surrey district council. Touchstone Renard was commissioned to carry out a project in two phases to devise a stakeholder management methodology within the Environmental Services Department and to advise on effective ways of marketing and consulting stakeholders across all activities.
Our client had recognised that R&D projects had been undertaken within its organisation in a somewhat ad hoc manner and it was therefore concluded that a more structured approach was called for to develop a coherent R&D strategy. Touchstone Renard was pleased to be engaged to manage this programme of work and advise on future project strategy.
