Business Diagnosis explores how to effectively:
- Make those difficult decisions and minimise risk.
- Outsource or not? Make or buy?
- Achieve business transition.
- Enhance business unit performance.
One of the tools we use to help our clients with decision making is Touchstone Renard's Business Diagnosis methodology.
This addresses the possible futures of a business, and is particularly useful with regard to ensuring added value support services, and is a well proven, validated methodology for reviewing business unit performance.
It can take many forms including mapping and evaluation of internal processes and their outsourced solutions, looking into the questions of producing in-house or buying from external suppliers, or simply to help the client to decide the best solution for the problem.
In all cases, the Business Diagnosis approach takes the client through a 10-step methodology, reviewing at key stages and guiding the client to a logical conclusion.
It endeavours to lead the client through the review process in partnership with the consultant, sharing the knowledge and skills needed to make that decision with confidence.
