Providing Project Assurance Support to a Metro Property Partnership by Devising an Assurance Plan to Aid Effective Management and Reduce Unnecessary Bureaucracy
Well organised assurance provision can be a positive aid to effective management. During this assignment, Touchstone Renard supported our client’s stated aim to align the assurance requirement with the client’s business processes, whilst reducing the somewhat dreaded bureaucracy to an absolute minimum.
Our plan recommended the development of a management system, accredited to ISO 9001:2000, structured in such a way that its contribution to the assurance processes was fully optimised.
The support that Touchstone Renard provided included:
- Mapping the property activities.
- Assessing the form of assurance process appropriate to each work stream.
- Providing expert engineering assurance support.
- Preparing an assurance accreditation proposal.
