Delivery of Project Assurance Support for a Major Metro Industry Client
Touchstone Renard’s role was to make a key presentation to the Chief Engineer’s Directorate of another major metro operator to which our client was responsible for evidencing compliance in respect of all its activities.
Our client’s objective was to satisfy their client that the relevant assurance requirements were being met in a diligent, appropriate and timely manner, in accordance with all legislation, regulations, standards and procedures.
Before the presentation could take place, a considerable amount of work was carried out by our consultants, involving an in-depth analysis of the relevant systems and documentation.
