Delivery of an Assurance Regime Guide for a Major Metro Industry Client
The purpose of this project was for Touchstone Renard to produce a guide or ‘handbook’ relating to our client’s assurance regime, setting out how the regime operated in relation to the activities of our client and its key stakeholders.
The complexity and challenge of the assignment was considerable and not as straight forward as might be assumed, having regard to the interaction of the many stakeholders. One of the key aims was to deliver assurance advice that could be readily understood by users from a range of disciplines.
We succeeded in producing a user-friendly guide for our client and took it as a compliment when it was subsequently adopted as a reference source by other metro operators.
