Touchstone Renard was commissioned to project manage our client’s IT Core Systems Replacement exercise, involving the replacement of legacy systems across the company with a suite of new systems designed around and more relevant to current and planned future business needs.
We appointed one of our very experienced consultants — known to and specifically requested by our client — to act as project manger. He successfully managed the programme of replacements to the satisfaction of our client, calling on years of knowledge of the systems management of underground railways.
