Supporting a Surrey Local Authority with Advice and Training on Project Management
Following a successful project partner management assignment, our district council client requested Touchstone Renard to investigate project management as it currently occurred within the authority, identify problem areas and deliver a project management training programme, having regard to our findings.
We carried out the work over several months and were pleased to be able to assist our client by providing advice, support and training in a professional but friendly way, suitable for the officers’ needs and the corporate aims of the authority.
