Carrying out a Stakeholder Management Project for a Surrey Local Authority
Our client on this occasion was a Surrey district council. Touchstone Renard was commissioned to carry out a project in two phases to devise a stakeholder management methodology within the Environmental Services Department and to advise on effective ways of marketing and consulting stakeholders across all activities.
Our consultant worked very closely with the authority’s managers and other officers and successfully concluded the assignment.
Our client subsequently invited us back to advise on project management and deliver a training programme which we were, of course, delighted to do.
