Supporting a Major Metro Client With Project Strategy Services
Our client had to undertake a significant project, bringing one of its metro rail lines up to a high new standard, capable of running an increased amount of rolling stock of 38 trains per hour.
Touchstone Renard was engaged to assist the client’s senior project manager by designing a tool to bring together in one place a continuous record of progress, financial data and presentation material that was capable of being updated on an on-going basis. Our client expressed a wish that this be created in Microsoft Office and made readily accessible to the more advanced users of the software suite.
The final result was delivered in a form that could be further developed and updated by designated managers over time. Our client expressed delight with the user friendly format and the richness of the data contained in the programme.
