Delivering Project Diagnosis Services by Carrying Out a Post Project Appraisal for the Environment Agency
Touchstone Renard’s client — the Environment Agency — required a review to be undertaken of all works on the construction and remediation works relating to a flood alleviation scheme.
Our role was to gather information from experts and present it back to the Environment Agency following our assessment of its quality.
We deployed a team of two specialists who were able to use hindsight to identify lessons learned as a result of past problems and experiences and to make recommendations for improvements for the future and the development of new processes.
Our client was provided with a valuable insight, from a management perspective, into the way in which the scheme had been delivered.
