Developing Project Assurance Processes for a Major Metro Client
Following a significant company reorganisation, Touchstone Renard’s client was concerned that safety and quality management systems could be left in a vulnerable state. Our client therefore asked for our help to make sure that this was not the case.
The reorganisational change had involved the transfer of part of the company’s assurance process from a central group to the client’s engineering support divisions.
Touchstone Renard developed the assurance process to be used within the central group and ensured the creation of appropriate interfaces with suppliers and regulators.
We geared the overall assurance process in such a way that all the relevant stakeholders became fully engaged and felt a high degree of ownership.
We were delighted when our client’s concerns were alleviated as a result of our consultants’ efforts.
