Background
Our client required a project manager within this major line extension project, addressing the critical issue of legislative and safety compliance of the line’s assets.
Touchstone Renard’s Role
The assignment was a full time commitment and included the restructuring of staff roles as a result of our client’s involvement in a Public private Partnership (PPP).
Touchstone Renard’s contribution to the project increased to assume responsibility for around 60 project engineering staff, ensuring that all stakeholders’ interests were properly managed and met.
