This has included Safety Requirements Change Control, Railway Cases for Safety and trouble-shooting projects that fail to perform on time or budget. He has developed strategies for the creation and implementation of accredited Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Management Systems. His career also reflects a record of success in the co-ordination of commercial, technical, construction and operations initiatives including understanding and delivering customer expectations and working effectively with senior project people through to Board level.
