He is a specialist in organisational change and development, with regard to both systems and people and has knowledge of some of the world’s leading and most effective organisations. He has worked with management teams helping to develop the background thinking, document and implement the processes behind the Management System, Standards Management, Failure Modes and Critical Effect Analysis (leading to Reliability Centred Maintenance), Whole Life Asset Planning, Supplier Mobilisation and Assurance (particularly “first party” assurance). Further he has instigated the creation of a single management system (incorporating Safety, Environmental, Quality and Assurance) to support the embryonic 5S and Lean manufacturing processes. Andy has high levels of facilitation, management, planning, presentation and sales skill.
