Steve began his career by spending a varied and challenging six years in the Royal Air Force Police, serving in the UK and overseas. This evidently laid a solid foundation for the excellent career progression that he has since enjoyed. For several years immediately prior to joining Touchstone Renard, Steve was a Director of a highly successful recruitment company, developing an impressive wealth of leadership, management and business development skills and experience. Coincidentally, in this previous role, Steve played a significant part in the successful delivery of a major development project - incorporating Europe’s largest shopping complex - on which Touchstone Renard was separately engaged. Steve Sheppard joined Touchstone Renard as an Account Manager in 2008, his role being to assist the Board in developing business relationships, delivering sales plans and managing accounts and also to deliver consultancy services to clients in a range of market places.
